The Text Block is a flexible content tool used to add rich, styled text to your mobile app. Perfect for product descriptions, promotional messages, FAQs, or even storytelling, it enables you to create content that guides, informs, or inspires your customers.
General Tab
This tab lets you style and write your content:
Background Color:
The top “Color” field defines the background color of the block (e.g.,
#F2F2F2for light gray).
Text Color:
The second “Color” field sets the text color (e.g.,
#212427for dark gray).
Text Editor:
Type your message into the rich text editor.
Use the toolbar to apply:
Bold, Italic, or Underline
Bullet points or number lists
Alignment controls
Ideal for short sections of copy or longer blocks of text.
Padding Tab
Adjust spacing to control the positioning of your text:
Padding: Add space inside the block (between the border and content).
Margin: Add space outside the block (between this and other blocks).
Use this for precise visual alignment and spacing harmony.
When to Use the Text Block
Product Highlights: Add feature descriptions above or below a product list.
Promotions: Announce flash sales, discounts, or seasonal campaigns.
Content Sections: Educate customers with usage instructions or brand storytelling.
Custom Messages: Display welcome text, loyalty program info, or customer service contact.
Pro Tips
Use short paragraphs and headers for better mobile readability.
Combine with Image Blocks or Button Blocks to create fully custom landing pages.
Adjust padding/margin to keep spacing consistent across your app.
