This integration allows you to display Judge.me product reviews inside your BeyondCart mobile app—boosting trust, engagement, and in-app conversions.

Setup instructions
To activate the Judge.me integration inside your BeyondCart mobile app, follow these steps:
In Judge.me
Open Judge.me inside the Shopify admin panel and click on General Settings
Select the Integration tab
Click on View API token
Copy the Private API token and your Shop domain
This key allows BeyondCart to access your review data securely.
In BeyondCart
Open your BeyondCart admin dashboard
Click on Settings
Select the Show/Remove tab
Scroll down to the Integrations block
Paste your Judge.me Private API Token and enter your Shopify store domain (e.g.,
yourstore.myshopify.com
)
Click Save
How the integration works
Once set up:
BeyondCart pulls product review data from Judge.me using your API token.
Reviews are automatically displayed within your mobile app under the relevant products.
The sync happens in near real-time—every new review submitted in Judge.me is shown in-app shortly after.
Your mobile shoppers will see:
Star ratings on product pages
Written customer feedback
Media reviews (if available)
Reviews only appear for published products that exist in both Shopify and your mobile app.
Common issues & solutions
Issue: Reviews aren’t showing in the app
Fix: Ensure your product has at least one approved review in Judge.me, and double-check that the product is published in your mobile app.Issue: "Invalid API Key" error
Fix: Double-check that you copied the Private API Key, not the public one, and ensure there are no extra spaces when pasting.Issue: Store domain not recognized
Fix: Enter your store’s full domain (e.g.,yourstore.myshopify.com
) exactly as it appears in Shopify.
