Setup instructions
To activate the Loox integration inside your BeyondCart mobile app, follow these steps:
Open your BeyondCart admin dashboard
Click on Settings
Select the Show/Remove tab
Scroll down to the Integrations block
Check the box Loox Reviews to enable the integration
Click Save
How the integration works
Once set up:
BeyondCart pulls product review data from Loox database
Reviews are automatically displayed within your mobile app under the relevant products.
The sync happens in near real-time - every new review submitted in Judge.me is shown in-app shortly after.
Your mobile shoppers will see:
Star ratings on product pages
Written customer feedback
Media reviews (if available)
Reviews only appear for published products that exist in both Shopify and your mobile app.
