Overview

Installing BeyondCart takes just a few minutes. The app is available on the Shopify App Store, and the installation process follows Shopify's standard OAuth flow — meaning you'll grant the necessary permissions, and BeyondCart will sync with your store automatically.

This guide walks you through every step from finding the app to landing on the plan selection screen.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Find BeyondCart on the Shopify App Store

Open the Shopify App Store and search for BeyondCart, or navigate directly to the BeyondCart listing page. You can also find the app by browsing the "Mobile app builder" category.

Step 2: Click "Install" (or "Add app")

On the BeyondCart listing page, click the Install button. If you're not already logged in to your Shopify store, you'll be prompted to enter your store URL (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com) and sign in.

Product catalog and variants
Collections
Basic store settings and branding

You don't need to wait or do anything — the sync happens automatically.

Step 5: Redirect to Plan Selection

Once the sync is complete, you'll be automatically redirected to the plan selection screen inside the BeyondCart admin (embedded within your Shopify dashboard). This is where you'll choose the plan that fits your business.

Tips and Best Practices

Make sure you have install permissions. If you're a staff member rather than the store owner, confirm with your admin that your account has the "Install and uninstall apps" permission.
Don't worry about the data sync. BeyondCart's initial sync is lightweight and won't affect your store's performance. Ongoing syncs happen automatically in the background.
Check your Shopify plan. BeyondCart works with all Shopify plans, but certain advanced features may be better suited to Shopify Plus stores. You can always upgrade your Shopify plan later.
