Overview
After installing BeyondCart, your first step is to choose a plan. BeyondCart offers three tiers designed for different business sizes and needs — Premium, Enterprise, and Custom. Every paid plan comes with a 1-month free trial, so you can experience the full platform before any charges apply.
This guide explains each plan, how billing works, and what to expect during the selection process.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open the Plan Selection Screen
After installation, you'll be automatically redirected to the plan selection screen. If you need to return to it later, open the BeyondCart app from your Shopify admin sidebar and you'll be prompted to select a plan.

Step 2: Choose Monthly or Annual Billing
At the top of the plan selection screen, you'll see a Monthly / Annual toggle. Switching to annual billing saves you 17% compared to paying month-by-month.
Monthly — pay each month, cancel anytime

Step 3: Review the Plans
Each plan card shows its price, included features, and what it's best suited for. Here's a breakdown:
Premium — $399/month
Best for growing Shopify stores ready to launch a mobile app

Step 4: Apply a Promo Code (Optional)
If you have a promotional code, click the Have a promo code? link below the plan cards. Enter your code and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in the pricing before you confirm.

Step 5: Select Your Plan
Click the Start Free Trial button on the plan you'd like. This begins your 1-month free trial for that plan.
Step 6: Approve the Subscription in Shopify
After clicking Start Free Trial, Shopify will redirect you to a subscription approval screen. This is a standard Shopify billing confirmation where you'll see:
The plan name and price
The free trial period (1 month)
When billing will begin after the trial ends
Click Approve to confirm the subscription. BeyondCart uses Shopify's built-in billing system, so all charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate payment method is needed.

Step 7: Continue to Onboarding
Once you approve the subscription, you'll be redirected back to BeyondCart to complete the onboarding process. See Welcome and Onboarding for what comes next.
Tips and Best Practices
Start with the plan that matches your current needs. You can always upgrade later as your mobile channel grows. There's no penalty for starting on Premium and moving to Enterprise down the road.
Take advantage of the free trial. Use the full month to explore the platform, work with your designer, and set up your first campaigns before paying.
Consider annual billing if you're committed. The 17% savings adds up significantly over the year, and most merchants see strong ROI within the first few months.
Ask about promo codes. If you were referred by a partner or attended one of our events, you may be eligible for a promotional discount.
FAQ
When does billing start? Billing begins after your 1-month free trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period is over, you won't be charged.
Can I switch plans later? Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the BeyondCart settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How are charges handled? All BeyondCart charges go through Shopify's billing system. They'll appear on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your Shopify subscription and other app charges.
What happens if I don't choose a plan right away? No problem — BeyondCart will prompt you to select a plan each time you open the app. Your store data sync is preserved, so you won't need to reinstall.
Is there a setup fee? No. There are no setup fees, hidden costs, or extra charges for app store submissions. Everything is included in your plan.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied? Refund policies are handled through Shopify's billing system. Contact our support team if you have concerns, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
