Overview

BeyondCart billing is fully managed through Shopify's subscription billing system. You don't need a separate credit card or payment method — all charges appear on your existing Shopify invoice. This article explains how plans work, what's included, and where to manage your subscription.

Available Plans

BeyondCart offers three plan tiers to match your business needs:

Premium — $399/month

  • Full access to the BeyondCart mobile app builder

  • Gamification features (Wheel of Fortune, Scratch Card, Mystery Box)

  • Push notifications

  • Analytics and data views

  • Standard support

Enterprise — $899/month

  • Everything in Premium

  • Priority support

  • Advanced analytics and reporting

  • Dedicated onboarding assistance

  • Higher API rate limits

Custom

  • Tailored pricing for high-volume merchants

  • Custom feature development

  • Dedicated account manager

  • Contact our sales team for a quote

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly billing — Pay month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

  • Annual billing — Pay upfront for the year and save 17% compared to monthly pricing.

You can toggle between monthly and annual billing from the billing page.

Free Trial

Every new BeyondCart account starts with a 1-month free trial on the Premium plan. During the trial:

  • You have full access to all Premium features.

  • No charges are applied until the trial ends.

  • You can upgrade to Enterprise at any time during the trial.

  • If you don't choose a plan before the trial expires, your account will be paused.

How Billing Works with Shopify

  • All charges are processed through Shopify's subscription billing.

  • Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate credit card required.

  • Shopify handles payment processing, receipts, and billing history.

  • You can view past invoices in your Shopify admin under Settings > Billing.

Viewing Your Billing Details

  1. In the BeyondCart admin panel, go to Settings > Billing.

  2. You'll see:

    • Current Plan — Your active plan name and price.

    • Billing Cycle — Monthly or annual.

    • Next Billing Date — When your next charge will occur.

    • Trial Status — Whether you're currently in a free trial and when it ends.

Promo Codes

Have a promo code? Apply it during checkout or from Settings > Billing > Apply Promo Code to receive a discount on your subscription.

Tips

  • Choose annual billing to save 17% — it's the best value for committed merchants.

  • Keep an eye on your trial end date so you're not surprised when billing starts.

  • Check your Shopify invoice for a complete record of BeyondCart charges.
