You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your BeyondCart plan at any time directly from the admin panel. All plan changes are processed through Shopify's billing system, so there's nothing extra to set up.

In the BeyondCart admin panel, go to Settings > Billing.

Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade (e.g., from Premium to Enterprise):
Immediate access — New features are available right away.
Prorated billing — You're only charged the difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
No downtime — Your app and data remain fully accessible during the switch.
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade (e.g., from Enterprise to Premium):
Effective at renewal — Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Feature access — Enterprise-only features remain available until the downgrade takes effect.
No refunds — The remaining time on your current plan is not refunded, but you keep access until it expires.
Switching Between Monthly and Annual
Monthly to Annual — Your new annual plan starts immediately. You'll be charged the annual rate, and the prorated credit from your monthly plan is applied.
Annual to Monthly — Takes effect at the end of your annual term. You keep your annual rate until the year expires.
Cancelling Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing.
Click Cancel Plan at the bottom of the page.
Confirm the cancellation through the Shopify prompt.
After cancellation:
Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After that, your account will be paused and your app will go offline.
Your data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
Applying a Promo Code
Go to Settings > Billing.
Click Apply Promo Code.

The discount will be reflected on your next invoice.
Tips
Upgrade first, then evaluate — you can always downgrade before the next billing cycle.
If you're unsure about Enterprise, contact sales to discuss the Custom plan.
Apply promo codes before confirming a plan change to ensure the discount is included.
