The Order Statistics dashboard in provides you with a comprehensive view of your store’s sales performance across both app and web channels. It helps you track order trends, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and compare app versus non-app performance.
How to Access Order Statistics
To view your Order Statistics in BeyondCart, follow these simple steps:
Open your BeyondCart admin dashboard.
From the main sidebar, click on “Orders” to open the list of all recent orders.
In the top-right corner of the Orders page, click the “Statistics” button.
Date Filter
At the top of the page, you can select a date range to generate statistics for a specific period. This allows you to compare performance during campaigns, promotions, or across different months.
Overview Cards
This section provides a quick glance at your key performance indicators:
Orders Count: Total number of orders placed across all channels within the selected period.
Orders From App: Number and percentage of orders that originated from the mobile app.
Total Orders Avg: The average value of all orders combined.
Orders Avg From App: The average value of orders placed through the app—this helps identify whether app users spend more per order.
Orders Sum: The total sales revenue from all orders.
Orders Sum From App: Total revenue specifically from app orders, along with the percentage of total revenue it represents.
Customers who prefer to order from the site: This metric shows the percentage of users who continue placing orders on your website even after installing your mobile app. It helps you track how well users are transitioning from browsing on the web to shopping via the app.
Average order from the app: This metric shows the percentage of users who placed their first order through the mobile app continued to use the app for their future purchases. It’s a strong indicator of post-purchase retention and customer preference.
Campaigns
This block shows how many marketing campaigns (e.g., push notifications) were sent during the selected period. It’s useful for measuring the correlation between campaigns and order spikes
Purchase Frequency
This metric shows how often customers place orders through the app compared to the number of sessions. It’s a great indicator of user engagement and repeat behavior.
Orders Performance Graph
The line graph visually compares:
All Orders (purple line): Total orders from all platforms.
Orders from App (green line): Orders placed specifically through the mobile app.
You can use this graph to spot trends, peaks, or drops in order activity, often corresponding with campaigns, holidays, or sales events.
By reviewing these insights regularly, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your mobile app contributes to sales, and where to focus marketing or UX improvements to increase conversion and retention.
