Step-by-Step Guide
In the BeyondCart dashboard, go to CRM and select Campaigns.
Find the campaign you want to review and click Statistics under the Actions column. This will open a detailed statistics page for that specific campaign.
The Delivery Statistics section on the right provides detailed insights into the campaign’s reach and user interactions:
Successful: Number of notifications successfully delivered to users.
Converted: Number of users who completed a purchase after receiving the notification.
Failed (Unsubscribed): Number of notifications that failed due to users unsubscribing from push notifications.
Failed (Errored): Notifications that encountered errors and could not be sent.
Received: Total number of users who received the notification.
Viewed Products: Number of products viewed as a result of the notification.
Products Added to Cart: Total products added to the cart by users after engaging with the notification.
Initiate Checkout: Number of users who began the checkout process after receiving the notification.
Direct Orders:
Orders: Number of completed purchases directly attributed to the campaign.
Orders Sum: Total revenue generated from these direct orders.
Indirect Orders:
Orders: Number of orders indirectly influenced by the campaign.
Orders Sum: Revenue generated from these indirect orders.
These metrics help you measure the direct and indirect impact of your campaign on user actions and conversions.
