Overview

Landing Pages let you create custom in-app pages for your BeyondCart mobile app. Each page is built with the same drag-and-drop template builder you use elsewhere in BeyondCart, giving you full creative control without any coding.

Landing pages are perfect for campaigns, promotions, seasonal content, brand stories, or any content that doesn't fit neatly into your standard app screens.

How Landing Pages Work

A landing page has three key properties:

  • Name: An internal label to help you identify the page (not shown to customers).

  • URL Slug: A unique identifier used in deep links to reach the page (e.g., summer-sale).

  • Content: The page layout and components, built with the template builder.

Once created, you can link to a landing page from:

  • Navigation items — Set a bottom bar item's action to open a specific page.

  • Campaigns — Include a deep link to the page in push notifications or in-app messages.

  • Flows — Direct customers to the page as part of an automated flow.

  • Any deep link — Use the page's URL slug to construct a deep link from anywhere.

The Pages List

When you open the Pages section from the sidebar, you see a list of all your landing pages. From here you can:

  • View the name, URL slug, and last-edited date for each page.

  • Click a page to open it in the editor.

  • Create a new page.

  • Delete pages you no longer need.

Use Cases

  • Seasonal promotions: Create a "Summer Sale" page with curated products and banners, then link to it from a push notification campaign.

  • Brand storytelling: Build an "About Us" page with images, text, and videos that tell your brand's story.

  • Product launches: Design a dedicated launch page and drive traffic to it through flows and campaigns.

  • Loyalty programs: Create an informational page explaining your rewards program and link to it from the navigation bar.

Key Concepts

  • Landing page: A custom in-app page you design with the template builder.

  • URL slug: The unique string used in deep links to navigate to the page (e.g., beyondcart://page/summer-sale).

  • Template builder: The drag-and-drop editor for assembling page layouts from reusable components.

  • Deep link: A URL that opens a specific screen or page within the app.

Tips

  • Choose descriptive URL slugs that are easy to remember and type—you'll use them in deep links.

  • Keep page names clear and specific so your team can quickly find the right page in the list.

  • Reuse landing pages across multiple campaigns by updating the content rather than creating new pages.

FAQ

Is there a limit to how many landing pages I can create? No. Create as many pages as you need.

Can customers find landing pages through the app's regular navigation? Only if you link to them—from the navigation bar, a campaign, a flow, or a deep link. They are not automatically discoverable.

Can I duplicate an existing page? Check the page list for a duplicate option. If available, it creates a copy you can rename and edit.
