Overview
The Fera integration brings your Fera product reviews and ratings into the BeyondCart mobile app. Reviews are rendered natively on the product page — fast and visually consistent with the rest of your app — and customers can submit new reviews directly from the app.

Prerequisites
A Fera account with Reviews enabled.
Fera connected to your Shopify store.
Admin access to your BeyondCart dashboard.
Setup instructions
1. Get your Fera Secret Key
Log in to your Fera dashboard at https://app.fera.ai.
Open Settings → API.
Copy your Secret Key. This is a private credential — anyone with it can read and write reviews via the Fera API.
Treat the Secret Key like a password. Don't share it in chat or commit it to a repo.
2. Paste the key into BeyondCart
Open your BeyondCart admin dashboard.
Go to Site Settings → Integrations.
Find the Fera Reviews section.
Paste your Secret Key into the Fera Secret Key field.
Click Save.
What customers see in the app
An average rating + review count at the top of the product page.
A scrollable native list of reviews further down, showing the customer's name, the review heading, body, and star rating.
A Write a review button that opens an in-app form posting straight to Fera.
Tips and best practices
Moderate from Fera. Reviews submitted from the app go through Fera's moderation pipeline like any other Fera review.
Pick one review provider. Running Fera alongside Judge.me, Yotpo, Okendo, or Loox for the same products produces conflicting review counts.
Rotate the Secret Key periodically. Generate a new one in Fera and paste it into BeyondCart whenever a team member with Fera admin access leaves.
Troubleshooting
No ratings show on the product page. Confirm the Secret Key is pasted correctly and that the product has at least one approved review in Fera.
Reviews show in Fera but not the app. Fera identifies products by Shopify product ID. If a product was deleted and recreated in Shopify, its old Fera reviews may be orphaned. Re-sync the product in Fera.
"Write a review" submissions don't appear. New submissions land in Fera's moderation queue. Approve them in your Fera dashboard and they will surface in the app within a few minutes.
