Overview

The AiTrillion Reviews integration shows AiTrillion product reviews on the product page in your BeyondCart mobile app. Reviews render natively, customers can read them inline, and the average rating appears at the top of every PDP.

Use cases and benefits

  • One platform, multiple BeyondCart integrations — if you already use AiTrillion's loyalty program, the reviews integration shares your account.

  • Native experience — reviews are styled to match your app, not embedded in a webview.

  • Compatible with AiTrillion's review collection flows — post-purchase review emails configured in AiTrillion continue working unchanged.

Prerequisites

  • An AiTrillion account with the Reviews product enabled.

  • AiTrillion connected to your Shopify store.

  • Admin access to your BeyondCart dashboard.

Setup instructions

1. Get your AiTrillion Reviews API Key

  1. Log in to your AiTrillion dashboard at https://app.aitrillion.com.

  2. Go to Settings → API.

  3. Find or create the API key for the Reviews module. Copy it. AiTrillion typically issues a separate API key per module — the Reviews key is distinct from the Loyalty key.

Treat this key like a password. It controls read/write access to your reviews data.

2. Paste the key into BeyondCart

  1. Open your BeyondCart admin dashboard.

  2. Go to Site Settings → Integrations.

  3. Find the AiTrillion Reviews section.

  4. Paste your API key into the AiTrillion Reviews API Key field.

  5. Click Save.

What customers see in the app

  • A star rating + review count summary at the top of the product page.

  • A native review list with the customer name, review title, review description, and star rating.

  • Pagination as the customer scrolls.

Tips and best practices

  • Stick with one review provider per store. Running AiTrillion Reviews alongside Judge.me, Yotpo, Fera, Okendo, or Loox for the same products produces conflicting review counts.

  • Use the right key. AiTrillion separates Reviews and Loyalty keys. Pasting your Loyalty key into the Reviews field will produce zero reviews and an unhelpful error response.

  • Moderation lives in AiTrillion. Approve or reject submissions in the AiTrillion dashboard.

Troubleshooting

Reviews aren't appearing. Verify the API key is the Reviews key (not the Loyalty key) and that the product has at least one approved review in AiTrillion.

Average rating seems off. The mobile app rounds down the average rating. If AiTrillion reports 4.7, the app may show 4 stars highlighted. This is intentional for visual consistency.

Submissions from the app don't appear in AiTrillion. Check the moderation queue in AiTrillion — new submissions land there before being published.
