Overview
The AiTrillion Loyalty Program integration brings your loyalty rewards directly into the BeyondCart mobile app. Customers see their points balance, available rewards, and redemption options in their account area, and earned discount codes apply automatically at checkout.
Plan availability
The Loyalty integration is included in BeyondCart's Enterprise+ plan. Talk to your account manager if you are on a lower tier and want to enable it.

In-app loyalty program — customers earn and redeem points without leaving your app.
Automatic discount application — when a customer redeems points for a discount, the resulting code is applied to their cart automatically. No copy-paste required.
Tier visibility — show your customers which loyalty tier they're in and what rewards are within reach.

Same loyalty rules as web — the app reuses your AiTrillion configuration; you don't manage rules in two places.
Prerequisites
An AiTrillion account with the Loyalty Program product enabled.
An active loyalty program configured in AiTrillion (points rules, rewards, tiers).
BeyondCart Enterprise+ plan.
Admin access to your BeyondCart dashboard.
Setup instructions
1. Get your AiTrillion Loyalty API Key
Log in to your AiTrillion dashboard at https://app.aitrillion.com.
Go to Settings → API.
Find or create the API key for the Loyalty module. Copy it. AiTrillion typically issues a separate API key per module — the Loyalty key is distinct from the Reviews key.
2. Paste the key into BeyondCart
Open your BeyondCart admin dashboard.
Go to Site Settings → Integrations.
Find the AiTrillion Loyalty Program section.
Paste your API key into the AiTrillion Loyalty API Key field.
Click Save.
What customers see in the app
Points balance in the account area, updated whenever they earn or redeem points.
Loyalty tier with progress toward the next tier.
Available rewards — each redeemable for a configured number of points. Redeeming creates a discount code in AiTrillion.
Automatic discount application — when a customer redeems points and adds an item to their cart, the resulting AiTrillion discount code applies at checkout without any extra step.
Referral status — the customer's referral code and number of successful referrals.
Tips and best practices
Match your web loyalty program. Customers who use both surfaces will get confused by inconsistent rules. Keep one loyalty program in AiTrillion and let it drive both channels.
Use the right key. AiTrillion separates Reviews and Loyalty keys. The wrong key in the Loyalty field will leave the loyalty section blank.
Test redemption end-to-end. Earn a few points on a test account, redeem for a reward, add an item to the cart, and confirm the discount auto-applies at checkout.
Communicate the program in your onboarding flow. Customers who don't know they have points won't engage with the program.
Troubleshooting
The loyalty section is blank in the app. Verify the API key is the Loyalty key and that AiTrillion has an active program configured. The app fetches the program data once when the user logs in.
Earned discount code isn't applying to the cart. The auto-apply runs when the cart loads. If the customer redeemed a reward but added items before logging in, ask them to log out and back in, or to refresh the app.
Customer doesn't see their points balance. Their email in BeyondCart must match the email on file in AiTrillion. Loyalty data is looked up by email.
