Overview
The Kiwi Size Chart integration adds a Size Chart button to the product page in your BeyondCart mobile app. Tapping it opens the same size chart you've configured in Kiwi for your web store — automatically picking the right chart based on the product's collections, vendor, tags, and product type.
Use cases and benefits
Reduce sizing returns — customers can check the chart before buying instead of guessing.
No per-product setup in BeyondCart — Kiwi's automatic chart matching handles everything.
Works for clothing, shoes, accessories, anything with sizes — Kiwi's rule engine picks the right chart per product.
Looks identical to your web size chart — the same chart your customers already trust.
Prerequisites
The Kiwi Sizing Shopify app installed and configured in your store.
At least one size chart configured in Kiwi with rules that match your products (e.g., "Apply to all products in Collection: T-Shirts").
Admin access to your BeyondCart dashboard.
Setup instructions
Kiwi requires no API key for BeyondCart — it identifies your store from the Shopify domain automatically.
Open your BeyondCart admin dashboard.
Go to Site Settings → Integrations.
Find the Kiwi Size Chart section.
Toggle Enable Kiwi Size Chart on.
Click Save.
What customers see in the app
A Size Chart button on the product page (only for products that have a matching chart in Kiwi — for products without a configured chart, the button doesn't appear).
Tapping the button opens a modal with the size chart rendered exactly as Kiwi serves it on your web store.
How chart matching works
When the customer taps Size Chart, the mobile app sends the following details to Kiwi:
Your shop's Shopify domain
The product's ID
The product's collections
The product's vendor
The product's tags
The product's product type
Kiwi uses these to pick the chart whose rules best match — same logic as the web widget.
Tips and best practices
Configure thoughtful rules in Kiwi. A rule like "Apply to Collection: T-Shirts" is more reliable than "Apply to specific product IDs", because new products inherit it automatically.
Match your size chart to the product type. Use Kiwi's product-type filter so men's t-shirts get the men's chart and women's t-shirts get the women's chart.
Test on a real device. What looks fine in a desktop preview can be hard to read on a phone. Kiwi's mobile-friendly chart styles are essential.
Troubleshooting
The Size Chart button doesn't appear. Confirm the integration is toggled on in BeyondCart and that the product matches at least one of your Kiwi rules. If a product is excluded from Kiwi's rules, the button won't render.
The button appears but the modal is empty. Check that the Kiwi Sizing Shopify app is installed and active in your store. If it was uninstalled, the chart endpoint will return nothing.
Wrong chart appears for a product. Adjust your Kiwi rules. The mobile app uses the same matching as the web widget, so a fix in Kiwi applies everywhere.
