Overview
The Products list gives you a read-only view of all products synced from your Shopify store. Use it to quickly browse your catalog, search for specific items, and jump to detailed product analytics — all without leaving the BeyondCart admin.
Accessing the Products List
In your BeyondCart admin panel, navigate to Data > Products.
The products list loads with all synced products from your Shopify store.

What You'll See
Each product in the list displays:
Product Image — The primary product photo from Shopify.
Product Title — The name of the product.
Status — Active, Draft, or Archived (synced from Shopify).
Price — The base price of the product.
Variants — The number of variants associated with the product.
Searching and Navigating
Search
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find products by name or SKU. Results update as you type.
Pagination
Products are displayed in pages. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages. The default view shows 20 products per page.
Key Concepts
Read-Only — The products list is a mirror of your Shopify data. To edit product details, make changes in your Shopify admin and they will sync to BeyondCart.
Sync Frequency — Products are synced automatically from Shopify. Changes in Shopify typically appear in BeyondCart within minutes.
Variant Count — The variant count shown reflects all size, color, and other option combinations for that product.
Tips
Use the search bar to quickly locate a product instead of scrolling through pages.
Click any product row to open the Product Details view with full analytics.
If a product is missing from the list, verify it exists and is not archived in your Shopify admin.
FAQ
Can I edit products from BeyondCart? No. Product data is read-only in BeyondCart. All edits should be made in your Shopify admin.
How often does product data sync? Product data syncs automatically and is typically up to date within a few minutes of changes made in Shopify.
Why is a product missing from the list? Check that the product exists in Shopify and is not in an archived state. If it was recently created, allow a few minutes for the sync to complete.
