Tips
Use the source field to track which orders came from the mobile app vs. web — this helps justify your mobile app investment.
Review line items to understand popular product combinations and average order composition.
Check the discount field to see which promotions are driving orders.
FAQ
Can I issue a refund from BeyondCart? No. Refunds must be processed through your Shopify admin.
What does "Source: App" mean? It means the customer placed this order using the BeyondCart mobile app rather than the Shopify web store.
Why is the customer name missing? Some orders (e.g., draft orders or POS orders) may have incomplete customer data. Check the order in Shopify for the full record.
