Overview
The Customers page (also called Users) gives you a read-only list of all customers synced from your Shopify store, enriched with engagement data from the BeyondCart mobile app. View key metrics like lifetime value, average order value, and session activity for each customer.
Accessing the Customers List
In your BeyondCart admin panel, navigate to Data > Customers.

What You'll See
Each customer row displays:
Customer Name — Full name as registered in Shopify.
Email — The customer's email address.
LTV (Lifetime Value) — Total revenue generated by this customer across all orders.
AOV (Average Order Value) — The average dollar amount per order.
Total Orders — The total number of orders placed.
Sessions — How many app sessions the customer has had.
Last Activity — The date and time of the customer's most recent interaction.
Searching and Filtering
Search
Use the search bar to find customers by name or email. Results update in real time as you type.
Filters
Narrow the customer list using available filters:
Total Orders — Filter by order count ranges (e.g., 5+ orders).
LTV Range — Show customers within a specific lifetime value bracket.
Last Activity — Find customers who were active recently or haven't been seen in a while.
Session Count — Filter by number of app sessions.
Combine filters to identify specific customer segments, like high-value customers who haven't visited recently.

Key Concepts
Read-Only — Customer data is synced from Shopify. To edit customer details, use your Shopify admin.
App Engagement Metrics — Sessions and last activity reflect behavior within the BeyondCart mobile app specifically.
LTV and AOV — These values are calculated from all Shopify orders, not just mobile app orders.
Tips
Sort by LTV to quickly find your most valuable customers — consider targeting them with exclusive offers.
Use the "Last Activity" filter to identify dormant customers and re-engage them with push notifications.
Customers with high session counts but low order counts may need a conversion incentive like a gamification reward.
Click any customer row to view their full profile and order history.
FAQ
Can I edit customer information from BeyondCart? No. Customer data is read-only. Make changes in your Shopify admin, and they will sync automatically.
What counts as a "session"? A session is recorded each time a customer opens and uses the BeyondCart mobile app. Web visits are not counted.
Why does a customer show zero sessions? They have not yet opened the BeyondCart mobile app. Their record exists because they're a Shopify customer.
Is LTV calculated from all channels or just the app? LTV includes all orders from Shopify, regardless of channel (app, web, POS, etc.).
