  • Status — Active or Expired.

  • Created Date — When the coupon was created in Shopify.

Key Concepts

  • Read-Only — Coupon data is synced from Shopify. To create, edit, or delete coupons, use your Shopify admin.

  • Automatic Sync — New coupons created in Shopify appear in BeyondCart automatically.

  • Revenue Attribution — Revenue generated reflects the total order value of orders that used the coupon, not the discount amount itself.

Tips

  • Compare revenue generated across coupons to identify your most effective promotions.

  • Coupons with high usage but low average order value may be attracting bargain shoppers — consider adding minimum purchase requirements.

  • Use the coupons data to plan future promotions: repeat what works and retire what doesn't.

  • Cross-reference coupon usage with gamification prize redemptions to see how game-earned coupons perform.

FAQ

Can I create coupons from BeyondCart? No. Coupons must be created in your Shopify admin. BeyondCart syncs and displays them for analytics purposes.

How quickly do new coupons sync? New coupons typically appear in BeyondCart within a few minutes of being created in Shopify.

Does "Revenue Generated" include the discount amount? Revenue generated reflects the total order value after the discount is applied. It does not include the discount amount separately.

Can I see which customers used a specific coupon? The coupon detail page shows order counts. To see specific customers, cross-reference with the Orders list filtered by that discount code.
