This dashboard is essential for understanding the reach and effectiveness of your push notification campaigns.
Accessing the Dashboard
In your BeyondCart admin panel, navigate to Data > Push Subscribers.
The dashboard loads with real-time data from your connected push notification service.

Dashboard Metrics
Subscriber Summary
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find key summary cards:
Total Subscribers — The total number of devices registered for push notifications.
Active Subscribers — Subscribers who have received and engaged with at least one notification in the last 30 days.
Inactive Subscribers — Subscribers who haven't engaged with a notification in over 30 days.
Opt-Out Rate — The percentage of users who have disabled push notifications.
Subscription Trends Chart
A time-series chart showing how your subscriber base has grown or changed over time:
New Subscriptions — How many new subscribers were added each day/week/month.
Unsubscriptions — How many subscribers opted out in the same period.
Net Growth — The difference between new subscriptions and unsubscriptions.
Use the date range picker to adjust the chart's time window.

Engagement Metrics
Below the trend chart, engagement metrics help you measure notification effectiveness:
Delivery Rate — The percentage of sent notifications that were successfully delivered.
Open Rate — The percentage of delivered notifications that were opened.
Click-Through Rate — The percentage of opened notifications that led to an in-app action.
Average Time to Open — How long it takes subscribers to open a notification after delivery.
Platform Breakdown
A side-by-side comparison of your audience by mobile platform:
iOS Subscribers — Total and active subscriber count on iOS devices.
Android Subscribers — Total and active subscriber count on Android devices.
Platform Split — A visual showing the percentage of your audience on each platform.
This helps you understand whether your audience skews toward one platform and tailor your messaging accordingly.

Provider Statistics
If you use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or OneSignal for push delivery, the dashboard displays provider-specific stats:
Firebase (FCM) — Total tokens registered, delivery success rate, and error count.
OneSignal — Total players, notification delivery stats, and engagement metrics.
These metrics help you monitor the health of your push notification infrastructure.
Key Concepts
Read-Only Dashboard — This page displays analytics only. To send push notifications, use the Notifications section of the admin panel.
Active vs. Inactive — Active subscribers have engaged within the last 30 days. Inactive subscribers may have uninstalled the app or disabled notifications.
Token-Based Tracking — Each device has a unique push token. One customer may have multiple tokens if they use multiple devices.
Tips
Monitor your opt-out rate monthly — a rising rate may signal notification fatigue. Consider reducing frequency or improving content quality.
Use the platform breakdown to ensure your notification content renders well on both iOS and Android.
Review the engagement metrics after each campaign to learn what content drives the most opens and clicks.
A high delivery rate with a low open rate suggests your notification titles need work — make them more compelling.
Compare Firebase and OneSignal stats to ensure your provider is performing reliably.
FAQ
What's the difference between total and active subscribers? Total subscribers include every device that has ever registered for push notifications. Active subscribers have engaged with a notification in the last 30 days.
Why is my subscriber count higher than my customer count? A single customer may use multiple devices, each with its own push token. Guest users also count as subscribers.
Can I see which customers are subscribed? Individual push subscription status is visible on each customer's profile page under the push notification section.
How do I reduce my opt-out rate? Send relevant, timely notifications. Avoid high frequency. Use segmentation to target the right audience with the right message.
